Consular and Electoral Registration |
For any procedure to be fulfilled at any Consulate of Costa Rica you must have filled out the consular registration form and emailing it with a photograph to [email protected]
To register to vote you must fill out the form directly on the Tribunal Supremo de Elecciones' website following this link: http://www.tse.go.cr/votoenelextranjero/
IMPORTANT
If you wish to vote in the 2018 Elections and you are not residing in Costa Rica or have changed your place of residency in the last few years, you must submit your change of address to your new voting location by October 2nd, 2017 at 23:59:00 Costa Rican Time.

Please consider the following before filling out the form:
- To fill out the form you must have at hand your Cédula de Identidad (Costa Rican ID).
- Filling out this form does not generate an Identity Card, it will only change your address for the electoral registration.
- The user must have a valid Cédula de Identidad (Costa Rican ID Card) that has an expiry date greater or equal to February 3rd, 2017.
- The information provided must match the information used on the last renewal of the Cédula de Identidad.
